RENTAL PRICE:
The rental price includes the rental fee, and statutory VAT
RENTAL PERIOD:
The rental price includes a 4-day rental period (for example, from Friday to Monday). The rental period begins when the rental items leave our warehouse, either by self-pickup or delivery.
If you wish to pick up the items a day earlier or return them a day later, we charge 50% of the rental price per additional day.
ORDER PROCESS:

Option 1:
Send us an inquiry for the items you wish to rent via our online rental shop. Please note that this is only a request, not a confirmed order! You will then receive a complete quote from us, including any delivery or setup costs, if applicable.
Option 2:
Simply give us a call or send us an email—our team will be happy to assist you with all your requests and help you put together your rental order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Let us know via email if you’d like to accept our offer. You will then receive an order confirmation from us, and the items will be firmly reserved for you.
PAYMENT:
With the order confirmation, you will receive a Pro-forma invoice for 100% of the rental price.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the agreed start of the rental period and receive a 100% refund of the rental amount.
• If you cancel 24 hours before the rental period begins, we will refund 50% of the rental amount.
• For cancellations made on the day the rental period starts, no refund will be issued.
CLEANING:
We assure you that all rental items will be delivered in good condition, and we kindly expect to receive them back in the same condition.
BEFORE RETURNING RENTAL ITEMS, PLEASE NOTE:
• All textile items must be returned completely dry to prevent the development and spread of mildew.
• Candleholders must be cleared of wax residue, tape, wire, and other materials.
• Pins and similar items must be completely removed.
• Tableware must be rinsed with clean water after use – do not use a dishwasher, as it may damage printed designs.
• All vases and pots must be emptied and cleaned of floral foam (oasis) and any remaining water.
• All construction elements must be cleared of tape, wire, or any other fixing materials.
Please note: It is strictly prohibited to create new fixing points by drilling, screwing, or using any type of glue that could damage the surface of the items.
• If items were used outdoors, they must be thoroughly cleaned of grass, soil, or other debris.
If not observed, we will have to charge for any additional costs incurred.
DAMAGE:
If you damage an item, we will charge the replacement cost.
Please note that tears, holes, wax stains, burn marks, mildew, and missing items are considered damage.

Alternatively, we offer a delivery service for your convenience.

Our team provides setup and dismantling services, allowing you to focus on other important tasks during the event planning process.
